Level 1 Boot Camp - Beginner

Available Days & Time: Mon & Wed 6:45-7:45pm - make are you select one of these two weekdays in the calendar when enrolling in class!
Location: 200 Front Street West (inside CardioGo Fitness Studio - use the entrance at North West corner of Front & Simcoe and go down the stairs, studio is on the left, change rooms are on the right)
Type of class: Level 1 - Beginner Boot Camp
Coach: AlyshaRequirements: Please check your email as we will be emailing you info about attending the class as well as 2 liability waivers that are required to be completed before you attend the bootcamp. You will need regular workout gear (sweats/shorts, tank or tshirt and runners - be comfy it's not a fashion show ;)). Also, bring water and towel if you feel you need it. We have change rooms and lockers/showers etc.
