Join us for this high intensity bootcamp workout that will have you burning 600-800 calories per workout!
Similar to our award winning Build & Burn studio classes this program is split up into two segments 30 mins “BUILD” resistance training (focusing on strength and conditioning) and 30 mins “BURN” cardio/plyometrics (for maximum fat burn). We will be incorporating some of your favorite exercises, all while having some FUN and getting fresh air outdoors.
Like always, BMBB workouts focus primarily on exercises that help women build a strong, sexy and healthy physique. We target abs, butt, legs, shoulders and arms to help you build a lean, beautiful body.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME! Exercises in this program are adjusted by our highly skilled trainers to accommodate each participant from beginner to advanced!

As these programs are limited capacity, there are no refunds/transfers. Classes may not be carried over to another bootcamp or another bootcamp period.
Should you miss a class you may make up 2 classes maximum at one of our Virtual Bootcamps (if available during the time of your enrollment or forfeit your class if the online program is no longer available). To qualify for a makeup class, you must cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us (via website)
