Training Days & Time: Mon & Wed 6:30-7:30pm

Friday classes are Friday, Oct 12 to Friday, Nov 2 (4 classes – 1x a week)
This optional class can be added to your bootcamp program upon registration. Cost is extra $70 for 4 weeks - 4 Friday classes (regular price is $95) - YOU SAVE $25
