Days & Time: Mon & Wed 6:50-7:50pm
*Optional to add Friday class (see below): Fri 5:45pm-6:45pm (+$70)
Friday classes are Friday, November 8 to Friday, November 29 - 4 classes – 1x a week)
Location: 200 Front Street West - inside CardioGo fitness studio - use the entrance at Front & Simcoe walk through the glass doors and take the stairs down
