February classes are Tue, Feb 4 to Fri, Feb 28 (4 weeks 3x a week - 12 classes)
Days & Time: Tue & Thu 6:50-7:50pm (strength & cardio), Fri 5:45-6:45pm (abs & booty)
Location: 145 King Street West - inside CardioGo fitness studio - directly across Tim Hortons in the food court
