Days & Time: Every Tue and Thu 7-8pm
Location: 266 King Street West inside CardioGo fitness studio
Please note this program requires you full participation. There are no make up classes in the event you need to miss a class.
Class size is limited to only 12 participants and online enrollment is required to hold you spot.
