December classes are Mon, Nov 5 to Wed, Nov 28 - Mon, Dec 3 to Wed, Dec 19 - 2x a week - 6 classes total (3 weeks instead of the usual 4 due to winter holidays)

Location: 200 Front Street West (inside CardioGo Fitness Studio - use the entrance at North West corner of Front & Simcoe and go down the stairs, studio is on the left, change rooms are on the right)

Want to slim down your waistline, tone your abs and build a firm tight booty? This fun workout in an excellent addition to your training routine!
