Each month, you’ll receive a fresh, updated workout plan to keep your training effective and engaging. Whether you train at home or in the gym, you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it — all through our easy-to-use fitness app.

Step 1: Complete your detailed fitness questionnaire.
Step 2: Upload your starting photos and measurements.
Step 3: Receive your personalized workout plan within 5–7 days.
Step 4: Every two weeks, update your progress photos and measurements.
Step 5: Receive your new, updated plan every 4–5 weeks.
After enrolling, you’ll receive one onboarding email within 24 hours containing four simple steps to get started:
1️⃣ Complete Your Liability Forms – This must be completed before your program is released.
2️⃣ Fill Out Your Lifestyle Questionnaire – Please include in the “Anything Else We Need to Know About You” section how many times per week you’d like to train.
3️⃣ Download Our Fitness App – You’ll receive detailed download instructions for both desktop and mobile versions.
4️⃣ Watch the App Tutorial Video – This short video walks you through how to use the app, view workouts, and track progress. (Note: progress photos can only be uploaded using the desktop version.)
Once you’ve completed these steps, your coach will begin creating your customized program, which will be available in your app within 5–7 days.
