Days & Time: Mon & Wed 6:50-7:50pm
*Optional to add Friday class (see below): Fri 5:45pm-6:45pm (+$70)
Friday classes are Friday, Nov 8 to Friday, Nov 29 (4 classes – 1x a week)
Location: 200 Front Street West (inside CardioGo Fitness Studio - use the entrance at North West corner of Front & Simcoe and go down the stairs, studio is on the left, change rooms are on the right)

This optional class can be added to your bootcamp program upon registration. Cost is extra $70 for 4 weeks - 4 Friday classes (regular price is $89) - SAVE 20%
