Level 2 Boot Camp
Class Location: 200 Front Street West - inside CardioGo fitness studio - use the entrance at Front & Simcoe walk through the glass doors and take the stairs down
Bootcamp Training Days & Time: Tue & Thu 6:50-7:50pm

ADD THE FRIDAY CLASS AND SAVE 20% - Fri 5:45pm- 6:45pm (+$50)
Friday classes are Friday, Dec 6 to Friday, Dec 20 - 3 classes – 1x a week - holiday schedule)
Abs & Glutes Class - Fridays 5:45pm (4 classes- every Friday) This optional class can be added to your bootcamp program upon registration.
