Class Location: 200 Front Street West (Front & Simcoe) - North West building entrance (inside CardioGo fitness studio - walk through the glass doors and take the stairs down)
Bootcamp Training Days & Time: Tue & Thu 6:45-7:45pm Coaches: Kaylee & Lisa

Friday classes are Friday, Dec 7 to Friday, Dec 21 (3 classes – 1x a week)
Abs & Glutes Class - Fridays 5:45pm (every friday) This optional class can be added to your bootcamp program upon registration.
